FLIGHT CREW COMMANDMENTS

As an organization, North America Pageants believe in upholding the highest standards of honor and respect. We're committed to creating an inclusive and empowering environment for all of our titleholders. That's why we encourage all of our Captains, Supreme Captains, and Jr. Captains to reflect on the following commandments and aim to embody them throughout their reign.

Be approachable with good measure

Being a King or Queen is not just about making others feel better by your presence but making sure that impact lasts in your absence.

Treat all individuals with integrity and respect

When we consistently demonstrate kindness, compassion, and respect in our interactions with others, we inspire them to follow suit.

Represent his or her authentic beauty

This not only celebrate diversity but promotes self-confidence

Set an example and be kind to all

Each person we encounter is facing their own challenges and struggles, and by being kind, we can make a positive impact in a person's life.

Be thankful, even when we encounter rudeness or negativity

When faced with rude, obnoxious, and difficult individuals, we gain insight into what behaviors to avoid.

Become the change he or she wish to see

By embodying the change, we want to see, we become role models for others.

Do more in your action

allow your action to become the inspiration that people would choose to willingly follow

Be more with your intent

your intent gives you the capacity to transform vision into reality

Serve more with a purpose

We were given two hands for a purpose, one to help ourselves, the other to help others. How we serve today came from our thoughts of yesterday, and our service today will become the building blocks for tomorrow.
