The world of LGBT pageantry host an astounding number of potential clients and services for vendors and businesses like you. As part of our Vendor Exhibit Program, this will give you direct access to potential clients or customers for your Business or Organization. This method will also allow you to quickly expand your client base and services and create long lasting business relationships between hosting organizations and potential customers.

There is a Vendors fee of $50.00 per night. Due to logistics and set-up, all vendor fees are non-refundable; all fees are due by June 30th.

To provide food options to our patrons North America allows only one hot food vendor per night. Hot food vendors must possess a safeserv certification and pay a hot food vendor fee of $350 per vendor, per night.

There is limited space available. North America Pageants only accept up to 8 vendors per night. All vendor registration requests will be considered on a first come - first serve basis and honored whenever possible.

Vendor fee includes space for one primary vendor attendant and one vendor assistant. (Two people per vendor table)

​

All Vendors are asked to describe your items to be displayed, sold or marketed.

​

All Vendors will be granted one 8ft rectangle table for marketing products. No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed. There is an additional $15 per table for any additional tables needed.

 

No other hot food vendors are permitted, Dessert and/or Snack vendors are permitted and must be approved by North America Pageants.

Vendors check in time is 4:00 PM. Vendors should be adequately setup at least thirty minutes before event begins at 6:00 PM)

​

All vendors are responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition that it was originally received (i.e. removal of all debris, such as boxes and trash).

​

Your Business will be presented as part of our digital commercial program that will be displayed throughout the event and verbally announced by our official Host/MC.
